Established in 2004, the Companion Animal Protection Society of Annapolis County is an all-volunteer organization with the goal to improve and supplement the work of the Municipality of the County of Annapolis in the humane treatment of abandoned or stray companion animals. This is achieved by vigorously promoting responsible pet ownership including the spaying and neutering of all companion animals. In addition, we cultivate awareness, respect, and appreciation for all animals whose world we share.
Animals in our care enjoy a loving, stress-free, cage-free, home-like setting for as long as necessary to fine them permanent homes.
